I have received Livpure water purifier on 19th October and found water tank leakage on 20th oct during installation.As per your customer support executive I have provided denial mail from brand flipkart for replacement.Now flipkart support executive not helping to replace the product.
All details shared multiple times in different complaint.kindly help in this matter.

Sir,
I am buying a mobile with a back cover and tempered glass. The mobile delivery, tempered glass, and back cover were canceled.
The back cover refund was processed, but the tempered glass was not refunded.
I have complained to customer care more than once about the lack of refund. Please check and resolve my problem and initiate the refund.

Verified ReviewerMEN'S SLIDES BROKE AFTER ONLY 39 DAYS
FLIPKART PERSONNEL ARE CHEATERS AND FRAUDS !! DON'T DEAL WITH THEM !!!
I started using the slides on 22/10/25. But very shockingly, the right foot slide broke on 30/11/25 (i.e. after only 39 days of normal use). First complaint email was sent on 01/12/25 along with the requisite photographs and all proofs (attached).
Received the revert from Flipkart that they will revert and provide the resolution within 24 to 48 hours (proof attached). But again shockingly it is now 15 days and there is no revert/resolution from Flipkart. This clearly shows that Flipkart is selling worst quality products; Flipkart is a cheater and cheating and defrauding the customers. It is demanded that very strict action is to be taken against Flipkart under the Consumer Act.
They should not only replace the product but also provide compensation amounting to Rs. 1000/- for cheating and harassment so that they learn a lesson and don't cheat any other consumer. An early revert is expedited.

I booked a Headphones from the Flipkart where it was clearly mentioned from the seller side the product had a Noise Cancellation Feature available, after receiving the product I checked the noise cancellation Features but it wasn't there. So I tried returning the item via Application and the seller rejected to take the Return.
So I had to use the "Pissed Consumer" website to communicate with the Customer Executive to initiate the Return and Refund Request as No such Facility is available from Flipkart Website or Application to contact Customer Executive directly.
Finally the problem has been resolved and I received the refund within 1 Day. Thanks to PISSED CONSUMER service, they helped me get in touch with the Customer Executive hassle-free.

Customer service is very poor because my refund money has not been paid 48 hours after I cancelled on 15 September.
Very local treating
Recently, I ordered a cycle on Flipkart. The cycle is good, but the height does not match for me.
Accordingly, I opted for the return option on Flipkart, but they rejected my request. Very bad response! I should complain about this.
It's been 2 weeks waiting patiently. A very bad responsibility from the team.

Hello sir,
This is Kaushal Shetty, a user of Flipkart Shopping, who wants to bring to your notice that Ekart, the delivery logistics of your company, has behaved worst with me. Multiple times, I had complained against this courier partner who plays fool with me and does not deliver my products.
He says he will not deliver my parcel at my doorstep and gives threats that whatever I want to do, I can do; he doesn't care. Many of my products are being canceled and rescheduled without my request or acknowledgment.
The delivery partner called me, and when I received the call, he didn't speak anything and cut the call to show in the system that he has called me, and after that, he just rescheduled my delivery, and after 3-4 days, he canceled my order.
The past 20 of my orders have faced the same issues, and in spite of complaining multiple times at the hub and customer care, I have not received any solution. My last option will be to move to consumer court.
So I humbly request you to take this matter seriously and look into this and get me a solution because I have been harassed multiple times.
I'm attaching my recent product delivery ID and tracking number and even the number of the agent.
His name is Govind from Umbergaon, Gujarat-396165.
I hope and trust for the best solution and strict action against this.

Why are you contacting Flipkart? Their return policy is 30 days.
Regardless, the slides have a one year limited manufacturer’s warranty.
You should be contacting Reebok. Stop misusing the terms fraud and consumer protection.
