Refund cancelled
Product was damaged, not even the packaging was done properly. Even the box was in bas shape.
I have returned the product and the seller decline the refund by saying sunne quality check. In the first place the product it self was in worst shape. I ask them to take back on the same day.
I have pictures and videos of needed. This was new cycle as per them.

Miss Information Marketing:
They market with mouth-watering offers and deals on the website and App, once the purchase is made the amount and quantity will change based on their convenience.

Once the order was out for delivery, I found out that instead of a set of 3, they sent only 1. So, I issued a complaint on 11 Oct 2024.
They told me that they would check and get back to me.
Today, 15 October, I again checked the account and found that my order had been cancelled. While checking with the support team, they told me I had cancelled it, but I didn't cancel the order.
If they are not ready to sell the product based on the advertisement then why did they display it on the website and App, Miss Information marketing.
Preferred solution: I didn't cancel my order, so I need what I ordered. Without any changes

GLADLY Relaxed Women Multicolor Trousers, from your Flipboard, as the material quality was very cheap, the stitching and durability of the cloth was not satisfactory, I was forced to return to reorder another durable product from your shopping app, but when I tried to buy i noticed that due to my return , my account has been closed with the option of Cash on delivery through which from long years I was buying your Products. The main reason I use that option is I don't have any online Payment facility, not I have any cards, nor an active bank account in my name.
I don't know the method of digital Payments. So please understand I am facing to buy future shopping in your app and restore my Pay on delivery. It is only option i know to make use off always, secondly this is the only Product I returned back , because of its poor quality. Kindly understand and please help us.

Unsuccessful Delivery of Order
Flipkart come up with random excuses like unexpected or unusual situation order cannot be delivered in the last day of delivery.
First the order status will show out for delivery then will change to unsuccessful delivery attempt without any proper communication and will cancel the order without confirming the customers.
People should claim for exemplary damages and cheating for default delivery service without clear explanation.
