Didn’t deliver the ordered product with paid full amount

We ordered Signatron exercise & yoga mat at Flipkart at rupees 1,399. But We did not receive the product until now.
The delivery man got the OTP for this product during another product delivery and promised to deliver the product on next day. But he didn't deliver and tried to contact him, but he didn't answer our call. We are very disappointed on such delivery man activities and Flipkart team didn't take a stern action to solve the problem. This is a first time incident happened.
We called Flipkart team for help me to trace and settle the problem immediately. My daughter is also tried Flipkart team for help but they refused and didn't settle the issue.
Really it is like online cheating businesses. Hope you may help to bring to Flipkart management to investigate and solve this issue immediately.

I think the delivery man is trying to cheat and take this money for himself.
Pls, check and expedite to settle the issue ASAP.
