Product not satisfied, get an exchange
I ordered steam iron through flipkart, that's not usfull to me because that's without stand iron, so I want to exchange with stand iron by paying extra cost, but from head office & customer care executive not helped regarding this issue, because there return policy not matching with my problem, only defective product only they will exchange it, for me that's uncomfortable & useless how can I use this product, I initially I clearly mailed just exchange it not for refund & whatever extra cost is there I will bare it, but nobody understand they stick on return policy, how can I judge by seeing product video that's best, after using only I came to know that for me that's uncomfortable, after so many conservation they are not exchange product, I have taken extra 1 year warranty by paying 200+3200 for iron, so my money is wasted, now I am going to consumer forum

Got a fake watch with not working
I get a look like fake Allen Solly watch. Because an just open the box and try to set up the time, I wondered from that time... Bcz the Allen Solly brand watch is not working 
really I didn't expect anything like this from Allen Solly and Flipkart 
I really disappointed I need a proper explation with in this Case!!!

Because I can't get in touch with them after a scammer used their platform to scam me outta $700. It almost seems as though they maybe in on it, or turns a blind eye to it. Can't call them period
Take complaints and stop hiding behind the phones. Allow customers to contact a human being. People can't always get their messages out in writing.

As I purchased Thomson TV 50 inches through online and it is delivered and did installation on 16th July 2025. On 17th of July TV is not working.
Thomson company has given email approval for replacement but flipkart still not complete the process of replacement...
Flipkart making fool of customers.
Scam and it is big trap which I am suffering for almost 35 days.

Resolved: Replacement not provided for received defective product
I have received Livpure water purifier on 19th October and found water tank leakage on 20th oct during installation.As per your customer support executive I have provided denial mail from brand flipkart for replacement.Now flipkart support executive not helping to replace the product.
All details shared multiple times in different complaint.kindly help in this matter.

Sir,
I am buying a mobile with a back cover and tempered glass. The mobile delivery, tempered glass, and back cover were canceled.
The back cover refund was processed, but the tempered glass was not refunded.
I have complained to customer care more than once about the lack of refund. Please check and resolve my problem and initiate the refund.

Product was damaged, not even the packaging was done properly. Even the box was in bas shape.
I have returned the product and the seller decline the refund by saying sunne quality check. In the first place the product it self was in worst shape. I ask them to take back on the same day.
I have pictures and videos of needed. This was new cycle as per them.

Subject: Refund Not Received Even After Multiple False Resolutions by Flipkart
I ordered a product from Flipkart on 17 November
(Order ID: OD436024****6439****).
The product was scheduled to be delivered on 27 November, but on 28 November, customer support informed me that the order had been cancelled by Flipkart on 23 November without notifying me.
After this, I raised several complaints for my refund.
Every time, Flipkart gave a new resolution date and then closed the complaint without issuing my refund.
The latest promised resolution date was 09 December, but even that has passed, and no refund has been processed.
This is causing financial loss and mental stress.
Please take strict action and ensure that Flipkart processes my refund immediately.
