Flipkart - Worst customer service, need delivery of product

For this particular order,
Delivery agent made call to me on 2nd and at that time I'm not available at my home so that I requested him to leave it at hub so that I can go there (hub) and take the delivery. But the delivery agent postponed the delivery to 6th dec.
I reached hub but they had not given my order instead their behaviour is not good enough. They asked my mobile to see feedback message and they had gave feedback without my permission. This is ridiculous. If it is done in northern countries it would be a punishable offense.
I committed to my sister regarding this order as my sister going to college today which is far from here.
I've faced same problem with Same ekart office several times.
They are not accountable, not responsible.
I tried to contact flipkart in help center section, i requested call back several times but its not happened till now.
I tried toll free number but its not working.
How can i reach customer service? How can i suggest this to others??
User's recommendation: Zero. Every one need customer service but there is no service in flipkart.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
